We didn't find it that easy to locate. It would be better if more detailed instructions could be given as opposed to just a small piece from Google maps.

The place is NICE. Comfy beds in the rooms. Location met the purpose.

Spent Christmas at a motel close to many destinations and found it perfect for our needs. The motel had an amazing heated pool and spa, which our kids enjoyed. The free wifi was a bonus providing us with easy access to our emails and social media. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals.

The room was not entirely soundproof, we could hear the traffic passing by outside. the lighting coming in through the main door with the coloured glass could keep you awake, and made it difficult for us to get to sleep.

Very comfortable and clean. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in at a motel! Judith and Mike, delightful hosts, staff friendly and obliging.

Traffic noise, although have stayed at a lot worse.

The hotel location was very convenient since it only took a short drive to get to the town. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, always willing to help. The rooms were incredibly clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a heat pump/aircon and a fully functioning shower. The parking space was quite adequate, and the free wifi was definitely a plus.

Our room was close to the pool, and so we could hear some noise from the children swimming in the pool, which was occasionally distracting. Additionally, the décor was somewhat outdated, but it didn't take anything away from the overall experience.

Hosts were very welcoming and hospitable. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and also provided soup and desert for my dinner which was delicious. Highly recommend this motel and will certainly return.

Loved the separate kitchen as not incorporated in the living/sleeping area.

Wireless internet connection rather erratic, had a time limit for connection.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and made us feel right at home. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, from comfortable beds to plenty of blankets. The amenities were top-notch, with a heated pool and spa that the kids adored, and free Wi-Fi that kept us connected. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the attractions. We also appreciated the extra touches like fresh milk provided upon arrival and the separate toilet in the bathroom. this place offered the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and great service.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Can't complain lovely owners, lovely place

The owner/managers were very helpful and a lovely couple. They were friendly and generous with their help and time. I would highly recommend The Summit as place to stay and relax. Its close proximity to the city centre was an added bonus. The rooms were clean spacious and facilities were excellent. I did enjoy my stay. Thanks

the location was very convenient, close to the City Centre & the Mount, and we could easily access everything in Tauranga. the rooms were spacious and had everything we needed, including a fully-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds with lots of blankets. the bathroom was spotless and had all the necessary amenities. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the heated pool and spa were a great way to relax after a long day.

The wifi was sometimes slow and cut out, which was a bit inconvenient.

Nice friendly staff, very clean roooms, value for your money and easy access to the city- and Mt Maunganui. We only stayed 1 night, had a nice time and would definately stay again Thank you to all the staff
